Omni Heroes Progression Guide: Growth Systems and What to Unlock Next
Unlock 15 aliens as you level, beat story acts and bosses, scale dungeons from Easy to Insane, and grow your Daily Charge streak in Omni Heroes.
Quick answer
The main growth systems in Omni Heroes are your player level, which unlocks aliens; the act-by-act story and its giant bosses; dungeons that scale from Easy to Insane; and Daily Charge login rewards. Start with the story, keep leveling to expand your roster, and push harder dungeons as you get stronger.
- 15 aliens unlock as you level up, each with its own moves and combos
- Story quests run act by act and include giant boss fights
- Dungeons are co-op: survive the waves, beat the boss, loot the chest
- Daily Charge rewards grow the longer your login streak stays consistent
If you're just starting out, the Omni Heroes beginner guide covers the first steps in more detail. Otherwise, here's the full picture.
What to aim for next
Priorities
- 1
Finish Act 1 and the tutorial
The first story quest gives you the Omnitrix, teaches you to transform, and unlocks a LAUNCH GIFT for completing it.
- 2
Keep leveling
Aliens unlock as you level up - 15 in total, each with its own moves and combos, so every level widens what you can do.
- 3
Clear story acts and their bosses
Quests progress act by act, and the acts include giant boss fights.
- 4
Step up dungeon difficulty
Dungeons scale from Easy to Insane, so the same co-op loop keeps challenging you as your roster grows.
Start here: Act 1 and your first transformation
Progression begins with Act 1, Episode 1, "It Came From Space." The quest panel tracks two objectives - watch the meteor fall, then find the crash site - and a glowing trail of green arrows with a distance marker leads you to the crater. There, the Omnitrix rises out of its metal container and attaches to your wrist in a cutscene, then a TRANSFORM panel teaches the control you'll use for the rest of the game: press Q to open the Omnitrix wheel, pick Heatblast, then press E to transform.
Finishing the tutorial also unlocks a LAUNCH GIFT panel, so it's a real milestone rather than just an intro. From there the campaign continues act by act, with each act's quests leading toward its giant boss.
Levels unlock aliens
Leveling is the core unlock system: Omni Heroes has 15 aliens, and you unlock them as you level up. Each comes with its own moves and combos, covering powers like fire, super speed, crystal and raw strength. Your HUD makes progress easy to read with a player level badge and an XP bar (the tutorial starts you at LV 1 with XP 0/100), plus an "OMNITRIX LV" progress line - though the game doesn't spell out how that meter relates to your player level.
For what each form can do, see the Omni Heroes transformations guide.
Dungeons: the challenge that scales
Dungeons are the repeatable combat loop: team up with friends, survive waves of enemies, take down the boss, and loot the chest. Difficulties range from Easy to Insane, so when a run starts feeling routine, move up a tier instead of repeating an easy one. The Omni Heroes dungeon guide covers the mode, dungeon difficulties breaks down the tier ladder, and dungeon rewards covers the loot.
Log in for Daily Charge
Daily Charge pays you for showing up: log in every day, and the rewards grow bigger the longer your streak stays consistent. It asks nothing but a login, so keep it running alongside everything else.
Sweep the open world for secrets
Between quests, the world itself is part of the game's structure: towns, forests and the lake are open to explore, you can ride a hoverboard to get around, and secrets are scattered across the map. Hunt them down as you travel between story objectives - our Omni Heroes secrets page covers what's hidden out there.
The long game
Past the first act, the aim stays consistent: keep leveling to unlock the rest of the 15 aliens, clear each act's giant bosses, and push into higher dungeon difficulties as your roster grows. An Alien Force update with a recalibrated watch has also been advertised, so a broad roster and comfortable clears at higher dungeon tiers put you in good shape when it arrives - check the updates page for what's live, and the Omni Heroes codes page for current freebies.
